To kick off tonight’s WWE Raw, an emotional promo from CM Punk where he addressed his in-ring future after Hell in a Cell left him battered.

While the show began with an in-ring welcome from Sexyy Red into a recap package of WWE Bad Blood 2024, the clips ended on the Hell in a Cell match between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk.
Hobbling and with one elbow wrapped, Punk would then go on to make an entrance however did not move past the stage, noting that he wouldn’t be able to get down to the ring and back.
While he said that he technically won, the brutality of the match had seemingly awoken something and he was taking time to physically recover as well as thoughtfully consider.
CM Punk would say “thank you” to three specific groups of people with the comment that he didn’t know when he would be seeing them again.

He thanked his fans for all their support over the years, including while he was gone. He thanked his peers and colleagues, not only from the locker room but throughout the WWE backstage operation.
And finally, Punk then would deliver a message to his haters, saying that there is a very thin line between love and hate.
CM Punk said that he has turned their hate into cash so he thanked them too before again reiterating that he “didn’t know” when he might make an in-ring return.

“I would like to say I’ll see you soon but I just don’t know,” CM Punk waved to the crowd, but as he turned to leave he was met by Seth Rollins.
The two stood eye to eye however Rollins would walk past Punk to make his entrance to the ring where he would go on to address fans after his return on last week’s Raw.
He also sarcastically encouraged CM Punk to “get well soon,” so that he could come back and Rollins would be able to “retire him for good”.
You can see the face-to-face between Punk and Rollins below.
