The premiere episode of WWE SmackDown on the USA Network next Friday, September 13 is set to see Cody Rhodes in a steel cage.

In the opening segment of tonight’s final edition of SmackDown on the FOX network, Cody Rhodes was ready for Solo Sikoa to come out.
While Rhodes note that he did feel a viable number one contender was in the Bloodline, he said it wasn’t Solo, but rather Jacob Fatu.

Calling on Fatu to step up, instead Fatu pledged his allegiance to his Tribal Chief Solo Sikoa and instead Sikoa challenged Rhodes.
When a brawl nearly ensued and Rhodes was backed up by the Street Profits and DIY, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis got involved.

Breaking up the melee to remind the Profits and DIY that they already had a main event eight-man match with the Bloodline to take out their anger on the faction, he made a match for next week’s USA Network debut official.
Cody Rhodes will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa in a Steel Cage match for the USA Network premiere of WWE SmackDown.
