The WWE in-ring debut for former AEW star Ethan Page has been confirmed in a main event segment on tonight’s episode of NXT (June 4).

To end tonight’s WWE NXT, there was a different kind of contract signing segment as Ethan Page was in the ring with General Manager Ava to confirm his deal with the brand.
He made a compelling argument for why Ava should sign him to the deal, despite alluding to some unusual provisions in the document before being interrupted by Trick Williams.

With Trick also urging Ava to sign Page to the deal so that he could seek his revenge after last week’s sneak attack, Ava revealed a good reason that she could not accept the terms of Page’s request.
Ava mentioned that one of Page’s contractual demands was that, if he signs, he gets an NXT Championship match against Trick Williams at Battleground.

Williams reassured Ava that he was fine with these terms and planned to ‘Whoop that Trick!’ on Sunday, and the contract would go on to be signed.
Elsewhere on tonight’s show, an NXT star teased pursuit of the TNA Knockouts Championship in a backstage segment.
