Following the June 25 episode, WWE NXT star Wendy Choo with her new gimmick has addressed an upcoming match next week.
On the June 11 edition of WWE NXT, Wendy Choo made her return to the brand’s main programming with a brand new, darker gimmick.
Choo picked up the win over Brinley Reece, using a new sleeper finisher. She then attacked Kendal Grey during the Fallon Henley vs. Carlee Bright match on the June 18 episode of NXT.
On the June 25 episode, the brand announced that Wendy Choo will face Carlee Bright on next week’s July 2 edition of NXT.
After the show went off the air, Choo took to social media to address her upcoming match. She wrote:

Also announced for next week’s show, New Catch Republic will face Hank Walker and Tank Ledger in tag team action.
