While there’s no official news as to where WWE WrestleMania 41 is taking place, there’s been some discussion as to when it will occur.
Ahead of WrestleMania 40 in April 2024, Triple H said that the 2025 PLE announcement would be “coming very very soon.”
So far, the location hasn’t been named, but a recent report stated that the chances of it being held in Minneapolis are “decreasing with each passing day”, with Las Vegas now the favorite.
In an update on Fightful Select for next year’s WrestleMania, a potentially huge change could be made as to when the event takes places.
Typically, WrestleMania takes place in either late March or early April.
According to Fightful Select’s sources, however, a May date has been “on the table and discussed.”
The rationale for moving to May is that “higher-ups weren’t keen on a cold weather WrestleMania again next year, even if the event was indoors.”
WrestleMania 40 took place at at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 6 & 7, continuing in the two-night event pattern started in 2020.
As previously reported, WrestleMania 40 was the most successful event in WWE history in all kinds of business measurements.
At the time of writing, there’s been no confirmation as to where or when WrestleMania 41 will take place.
