A WWE star has discussed potentially entering this year’s Royal Rumble match, saying they hope to enter at number 1.
Ignoring the four times the entrant has gone on to win the entire match, the number 1 entry in the Royal Rumble is considered the worst number to draw, with you having to go bell to bell to emerge victorious.
However, there a few WWE stars who would welcome the challenge, one of which being SmackDown star Shotzi, who spoke to the Miami Herald ahead of the Royal Rumble, where she said that she hopes to enter the match at number 1.
She said:
“Number one! Number one. I want to be the longest surviving and win it that way. I am a workhorse and I want to prove myself. The best way to prove yourself is to come in number one and still win. I want to be there the longest. I don’t want any shortcuts. I want to work for my win.”
While Shotzi is yet to declare herself for the Rumble match, she has appeared in every Women’s Rumble match since 2020.
