Ahead of this Saturday’s Money In The Bank PLE, WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn has called out “stalker” Johnny Knoxville.
At WWE WrestleMania 38, Johnny Knoxville defeated Sami Zayn in a memorable comedy match that saw Knoxville’s “Jackass” cast-mates get involved.
Since then, the two men have shared a funny back-and-forth relationship, trading barbs on social media over the past two years.
Before Zayn’s big comedy show in Toronto, Knoxville posted a photo of himself boarding a flight to the city on social media.
On July 4, Sami Zayn took to social media mere hours before his event to show why he believes Johnny Knoxville is his “stalker” now. Posting their separate photos they posted from Toronto, Zayn wrote:
I posted the picture on the left 66 minutes ago.

JOHNNY KNOXVILLE POSTED THE PICTURE ON THE RIGHT EXACTLY ONE MINUTE LATER.
Don’t worry #Toronto, this STALKER is banned from the building, you can feel safe getting tickets for tonight if you haven’t yet:https://t.co/Xop4Gpr4RK pic.twitter.com/GWOeFNIcNS
Photos from the “Sami Zayn & Friends Do Toronto” (via Twitter user @WeWantCody) have revealed that Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes made an appearance on stage with the IC Champion.
Zayn is set to defend the Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker at this Saturday’s WWE Money In The Bank PLE. For the full lineup for the event, click here.
