Two first-round matches for the WWE King & Queen of the Ring Tournament had to be moved away from television due to time constraints.

As recently reported, Kofi Kingston vs Rey Mysterio in the King of the Ring tournament and Zelina Vega vs Shayna Baszler in the Queen of the Ring tournament will take place at WWE Live Events this weekend, not on TV.
Fightful Select has now confirmed the reason why these matches won’t be on TV, revealing that “there wasn’t enough time between now and the PLE on May 25” to move the matches to a future episode of WWE Raw or another broadcasted show.
In a separate note, Fightful Select also states that “participants for at least one of the matches that got moved off of Raw found out the day of.”
It was also noted that “several other NXT call-ups and draftees where brought to Raw and not used”.

The full King of the Ring Tournament bracket has now been revealed and can be found here.
After the May 6 episode of WWE Raw, Gunther, Ilja Dragunov and Jey Uso have all advanced in the tournament.
