Tonight at WWE Bash in Berlin, CM Punk was able to pick up his first WWE victory (on television) in over 10 years.
At WWE Bash in Berlin 2024, there was a brutal strap match between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk.
The match ultilized the rules whereby the winner would be the man that could touch each corner uninterrupted, with a red and green ighting system to indicate which corners were in play.
At the end of the match, Punk would deliver two GTS’s on McIntyre on his way to touching three corners, but paused before he reached the fourth.
With Drew down, Punk spotted the bracelet they’ve been feuding over (symbolizing Punk’s wife and dog), before snatching it and then hitting the fourth and final turnbuckle to end the match.
The win marked the first win in WWE for CM Punk in over ten years noted Michael Cole.
Punk also picked up two house show victories against Dominik Mysterio over the WWE 2023 Holiday live tour, but this was his first win on TV since 2014.
