AEW World Tag Team Champion Ricky Starks has shared a hilarious response to Chris Jericho’s ‘Big Billy Starks’ joke on AEW Dynamite.
AEW World Tag Team Champions Big Bill and Ricky Starks were part of a promo segment with the Golden Jets, Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho, on this week’s AEW Dynamite show.
During the segment, Jericho threw out a bunch of nicknames for the team of Bill and Starks, including one combining their two names, creating ‘Big Billy Starks’.
The name was interesting to many fans, as it is the same name, albeit spelt differently, used by current ROH star Billie Starkz, who is set to challenge Athena for the ROH Women’s Championship at Final Battle tonight.
Taking to Twitter today ahead of the show, Starks reacted to Jericho’s promo on Dynamite, sending luck to the ‘real’ Billie Starkz ahead of her championship match.
He wrote:
They have a great match between @AthenaPalmer_FG and @BillieStarkz tonight on ROH. Good luck ladies!

Starks and Bill are set to defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against the Golden Jets at AEW Worlds End later this month.
