An AEW star was trending after an apparent jab from a WWE star on social media left fans talking this Friday night.

With WWE SmackDown having previously aired live Internationally fans instead had some time to engage in discourse regarding whether or not NXT star Cora Jade was taking a shot at AEW star Skye Blue.
Cora Jade took to Twitter share a mysterious statement that has sent fans in the comments to speculate that she is taking aim at an AEW star.
Cora Jade stirred up a bit of a discourse after she tweeted simply:

Some fans noted that when Skye Blue made her entrance on this week’s episode of AEW Rampage, she apparently used similar mannerisms to Cora Jade.
While the post has certainly got fans talking and believing it was a directed at Blue, Jade has not addressed what exactly she was referencing.
Cora Jade and Skye Blue are not strangers, in fact the pair have already shared the ring on the independent circuit.
The pair of Chicago area natives had a match in January 2020 wherein Cora Jade (then going by the name Elayna Black) bested Skye Blue in the AAW independent match in Illinois.
Unfortunately, Cora Jade remains out of action due to injury meanwhile Skye Blue for her part did not win that Winnipeg Street Fight after all.
Instead, Willow Nightingale retained the TBS Championship and will go on to face another familiar face to WWE fans.
Nightingale will look to defend against Mercedes Mone (formerly known as Sasha Banks in WWE) at AEW Double or Nothing on pay-per-view later this month.
