An AEW star has reacted to people online referring to him as a ‘Wish version’ of the WWE Bloodline with his true feelings.

After turning on Swerve Strickland on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite along with the rest of the Mogul Embassy, Toa Liona faced a bizarre line of criticism online.
With some ‘fans’ referring to him as a ‘Wish.com version of the Bloodline’ from WWE, now Liona has reacted and shared his true feelings.

Toa Liona took to Twitter to respond to the troll comments, writing:

If you want to get a layer of Bloodline lore deeper regarding Toa Liona, you can also look to his former Championship history.
Liona held the Future Stars of Wrestling FSW Tag Team Championship alongside Juicy Finau.
Yes, the same Juicy Finau who was a member of the Samoan SWAT Team in MLW alongside none other than Lance Anoaʻi and Jacob Fatu.

The group of course was patterned off of the original iteration of the Samoan SWAT Team, consisting of even more real-life Bloodline members including Samu and Fatu aka Rikishi.
As for what the future holds for Toa Liona in AEW, he seemingly remained aligned with Brian Cage and Bishop Kaun, with Prince Nana conspicuously absent from the entire segment.
