Tay Melo has provided an update on her status, noting that she expects to be cleared to compete in a couple more months.
Melo hasn’t wrestled since March 2023, and hasn’t competed on AEW TV since the January 11, 2023 Rampage taping.
She revealed in May 2023 that she and Sammy Guevara were expecting their first child together, before giving birth to her daughter Luna that November.
With the AEW star recently sharing videos of herself training, there has been a lot of speculation about her return to the ring.
Tay has now taken to Twitter to respond to a Twitter user who noted that they have missed seeing her on TV.
Sharing an update on her return, Melo responded:

Melo previously confirmed that she’s not cleared to take bumps yet, despite dreaming about taking her first bump as a mother.
Tay Melo’s husband Sammy Guevara is expected to be returning soon, with Guevara no longer suspended, and ideas recently being pitched for his return.
