Following their win on Dynamite, Blackpool Combat Club’s Bryan Danielson has heaped praise on former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.

On the June 5 edition of AEW Dynamite, Blackpool Combat Club defeated CMLL’s Volador Jr., Magnus, Rugido and Esfinge.
This bout marked the return of three-time ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta for the first time since January 2024.
With the faction back at full strength, the BCC has once again become one of the most prominent factions in All Elite Wrestling.

Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Bryan Danielson heaped praise on his BCC stablemate and current IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley. He said:
“To me, he is among the very best in the world,”
“I’m super proud of Mox. But it’s less pride I feel, and more admiration.”

Danielson and Moxley’s friendship is clearly evident outside of AEW with the two BCC members sharing a great deal of respect for one another.
On wanting to see Moxley’s IWGP World Heavyweight Title reign to be a lengthy one, Bryan said:
“Mox did this, he created this,”
“He has a mindset unlike anyone else. There will never be another Jon Moxley. There is no one like him.”
“I admire what he’s been able to do. I admire the risks he’s taken and the performances he puts in every single time he goes out there.”

Bryan Danielson stated his intention to win The Owen Hart Foundation Tournament to go on to challenge for the AEW World Title at All In London.
Meanwhile, Jon Moxley will defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Title against EVIL in a Lumberjack Deathmatch this Sunday, June 9 at NJPW Dominion.
