Following his recent return to the company, AEW star Darby Allin has explained his risk-taking style inside the ring.

Throughout his career, Darby Allin has garnered a reputation of a risktaker inside the squared circle.
Darby’s time in AEW has seen the star hung upside down from the ceiling, putting his body on the line numerous times and doing daredevil dives.
At AEW Revolution in March, fans witnessed Allin falling off a ladder into a pane of glass during Sting’s retirement match.

Speaking on the Friday Night Fights podcast, Darby Allin was asked to speak on some physical and painful stuff that he does for the love of wrestling. He said:
“Honestly, growing up, I was a dishwasher. I worked at the 99-cent store.”
“I’ll tell you right now, I’d rather get kicked in the face with thumbtack-superglued shoes than ever work as a dishwasher again.”
“I don’t take any of it for granted. I’d rather go through the physical pain than the mental pain any day.”

Darby Allin returned to AEW TV following Double Or Nothing on the July 10 edition of Dynamite.
Allin is set to team with The Acclaimed, Mark Briscoe and Swerve Strickland to face The Elite’s Kazuchika Okada, Jack Perry, The Young Bucks and Hangman Adam Page in the Blood & Guts Match on the July 24 episode of AEW Dynamite.
