Former AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin has confirmed that he’s helping to train a wrestling legend’s son to be a pro-wrestler.

During Sting’s last match at AEW Revolution, his son Steven Borden Jr made an appearance as Wolfpac Sting.
Following reports in May indicating that Borden started wrestling training, Darby Allin has now confirmed that he has been helping with Borden’s training.

In new comments speaking with WFAA, Allin claimed to have whooped Borden’s butt at mini golf. Issuing a challenge to Sting, Allin said:
“I keep telling him, you’ve got to come out and we’ve got to go mini-golf battle.
“You know, like his son, I’m helping train his son right now in wrestling, and I took the son mini-golfing, and I whooped his butt, and then I just asked Sting, does it run in the family to lose to Darby Allen in mini-golf? We’ll find out.“

Darby Allin also shared a new update on Sting’s AEW status, amid speculation about Sting’s future, which you can read more about right here.
