Former AEW Women’s World Champion had an interesting reaction when she heard Mariah May’s name following her return to the ring.

Storm hasn’t wrestled for AEW since dropping the Women’s World Title to her former friend Mariah May at the August 25 All In London event.
She wrestled for the first time in over a month at STARDOM’s September 28 show, teaming with Mina Shirakawa to face off against Mayu Iwatani and AZM.
STARDOM has shared a video of Storm and Shirakawa reunited following the bout. During this encounter, Storm called Shirakawa her best friend.

Shirakawa then noted that she, Storm and Mariah are best friends, leading Storm to reply:

Storm then changed the subject, offering no further comments on her relationship with Mariah May.

Toni Storm is currently preparing to challenge for Mayu Iwatani’s IWGP Women’s Championship on October 5.
Storm is now set to make her debut for another promotion away from WWE, which you can read more about right here.
