Amid his absence from AEW television, former TNT Champion Powerhouse Hobbs has discussed his training schedule.

Powerhouse Hobbs has been absent from AEW television since suffering a serious leg injury in April 2024.
As previously reported, Hobbs has been recently cleared to return to the ring despite his continued absence at the time of this writing.

Appearing on NBC Bay Area, Powerhouse Hobbs was asked about his training schedule amid his AEW absence. He answered:
“I’m up at 5 in the morning. I eat, sneak out the house when my kids are sleeping, get in the gym for a couple of hours.”
“Watch some footage, strengthing, getting a massage, cryotherapy. A lot of preparation. We’re 52 weeks a year. We have no offseason. We’re on the road every week, sometimes multiple days.”

It remains to be seen when Powerhouse Hobbs will make his AEW return at the time of this writing.
