There has been a major update on Bryan Danielson following an injury scare following his match at yesterday’s AEW Collision tapings.

AEW taped this week’s episode of Collision last night (December 5) in Montreal, Canada.
The show featured multiple matches in the Blue League of the Continental Classic tournament, including Bryan Danielson’s clash with Andrade El Idolo.

The match saw Bryan cause a stir online, as he ended up bleeding above his broken orbital bone, and being part of an injury angle to end the show, which many were concerned was legitimate.
In an update from Fightful Select, the injury on Collision was a part of an angle, and he is not sidelined from action as of now.

Danielson is expected to be at tonight’s AEW Dynamite show in Montreal following the injury angle.
The other matches of the Blue League that took place on yesterday’s Collision tapings were Claudio Castagnoli vs. Eddie Kingston, and Daniel Garcia vs. Brody King.
AEW officials were said to be very happy with how the Collision tapings in Montreal went yesterday, especially in regards to the match quality.
