Current TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Alisha Edwards has commented on fellow TNA star Jordynne Grace appearing on WWE NXT.

WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling have seen a growing working relationship with one another since TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace appeared on the brand in May. This followed Grace’s surprise debut in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble Match in January.
Since then, Grace has challenged Roxanne Perez for the NXT Women’s Championship at Battleground, while other TNA stars such as Joe Hendry and Frankie Kazarian have appeared on NXT TV.
Meanwhile, NXT stars Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne, Tatum Paxley and Izzi Dame have all appeared on TNA programming.

In a new interview with Tru Heel Heat Wrestling, TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Alisha Edwards discussed Jordynne Grace’s recent appearances on WWE TV. She said:
“I have a soft spot for Jordynne. I’ve known Jordynne for a very long time. I don’t even know how old she was when I first met her. But being able to see what Jordynne’s done is like incredibly inspiring and like motivating.”
“And I think it’s great that she’s doing it somewhere that people wouldn’t think that would have the ability to do right now.”
“And I mean the collaboration with NXT and WWE, I think it just creates endless opportunities not just for Jordynne, but for TNA and every talent that’s on our roster.”

“So I mean at the end of the day, if it’s gonna get more eyes on TNA, that’s all I’m for, right.”
“Like I said, I’m very for TNA, it’s my home, it’s somewhere where I want to probably be for maybe the rest of the time I wrestle, but with that being said, I just think Jordynne is killing it, man.”
“She’s really like changing the game totally and like, it’s just wonderful to see for where she was the first day I met til now, and I mean it’s not like she’s stopping and it’s not like the peak of what she’s doing, so let’s see what happens six months from now.”

On the July 9 edition of WWE NXT, Joe Hendry made his return to the brand to team with Trick Williams in a win over NXT Champion Ethan Page and Shawn Spears. Meanwhile, Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz reunited with NXT’s Wes Lee in an in-ring segment.
