TNA's Joe Hendry files for multiple trademarks

TNA Wrestling star Joe Hendry has filed to trademark three terms with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Per the USPTO, Hendry filed three trademark applications on Tuesday (September 17). Hendry has filed to trademark “Joe Hendry”, “I believe in Joe Hendry” and “Say his name and he appears”.
The descriptions in the applications indicate that Hendry intends for these trademarks to cover merchandise usage.

Hendry’s popularity is at an all time high, with the Scottish star being prominently featured in the WWE NXT/TNA Wrestling crossover.
Joe Hendry notably challenged for Ethan Page’s NXT Championship at the September 1 No Mercy premium live event.
