There has been an update on the upcoming TNA Wrestling television tapings that have been cancelled due to Hurricane Helene.

Today, TNA Wrestling announced that their upcoming tapings in Spartanburg, South Carolina have been cancelled due to the effects of Hurricane Helene.
They wrote on their official website:

Due to the catastrophic effects of Hurricane Helene, TNA Wrestling is canceling both shows scheduled for Spartanburg, S.C.
The safety and well-being of our TNA wrestlers, staff, crew and fans are top priority.
TNA will provide an update on refunds for the Spartanburg shows, as well as an update on future/additional shows.
We wish the best to everyone impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Fightful Select has provided an update on the tapings, noting that TNA went above and beyond to try to get the tapings in, starting with Friday, and going all the way to next Tuesday, as the tapings were to serve as the build for TNA’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view.
TNA had put in heavy promotion for the tapings, which included having the Hardy Boyz travel to Spartanburg early to do media.
Some staff that were already on the scene faced a rough situation, with power going out at the hotel they were staying at, with no vacancies elsewhere, and some having to charge their devices in their cars.

The decision was made to cancel the shows due to the dangers of Hurricane Helene and a lack of power at the venue.
Fightful has heard numerous discussions involving plans moving forward for the company, with the possibility of running Skyway Studios in Nashville next week among them, which was where TNA filmed during the pandemic, and hosted Slammiversary 2021.
The word relayed to many was that this week’s episode of TV could end up being a ‘best of Bound of Glory’ show.
