After his recent win in trios action, AEW stars Mark Briscoe and Kyle Fletcher are set for a champion vs. champion title match.
On the June 12 edition of AEW Dynamite, Kyle Fletcher, Roderick Strong and Konosuke Takeshita defeated Mark Briscoe, Kyle O’Reilly and Orange Cassidy in an All Star trios bout.
The finish of the match saw Fletcher get the pinfall victory over Briscoe for his team.
On June 26, Ring of Honor announced that ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe will defend his title against ROH World TV Champion Kyle Fletcher on the June 27 episode of ROH TV. The post reads:

Briscoe will be in action when he competes in the TNT Championship Ladder Match against Konosuke Takeshita, Jack Perry, Dante Martin, Lio Rush and one more participant on Sunday, June 30 at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
