Another title match has been added to the card for the upcoming WWE Clash at the Castle event and it will be a triple threat.
In a backstage segment on SmackDown tonight, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill were seen exiting SmackDown GM Nick Aldis’ office and reported they suggested the match.
Noting their recent fracases with both number one contenders Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler as well as Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn of late, they had made a request.
At Clash at the Castle, Belair and Cargill will put their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on the line against both the teams of Stark and Baszler as well as home country tag team, the Unholy Union of Fyre and Dawn).
That match has been added to card headlined by Drew McIntyre challenging Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Also, Bayley defends the WWE Women’s Championship against Piper Niven, and Chad Gable challenges Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship.
Newly confirmed tonight is Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles.
