Rhea Ripley was during the voting as in the ring throughout 2023 as dominent as she could get. As she entered as nr 1 in Royal Rumble as that night she won Women's Royal Rumble match.
What gave her the right to challenge Charlotte Flair for SmackDown's Women's Championship what later become Women's World Championship. At this moment she is still a dominent champion.
