The Rock has announced that a major WWE star has re-signed with the company via social media tonight (April 27).
The Final Boss is sharing some WWE contract news via Instagram tonight as Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson confirmed that Drew McIntyre has re-signed with the company.
Taking to Instagram to share a video of Drew McIntyre being presented a sword seemingly at a restaurant, The Rock wrote a heartfelt caption.
Johnson wrote:
Casually breaking some contract news on a Saturday night is just another day at the office for the Final Boss.
Elsewhere in Johnson’s social media postings today, he shared behind the scenes footage of him recording scenes for a very different role.
The Rock was shown in the recording studio laying down audio for Disney’s Moana 2 coming in November 2024.
