Dominik Mysterio of the Judgment Day suffered an elbow injury on April 15 and will be away from the WWE ring to recover.

The injury, described as a “freak accident”, occurred during his match with Andrade on the April 15 episode of WWE Raw, highlights of which can be seen below this news story.
Mysterio has continued to be on WWE television sporting an arm brace while injured and recently stated that he would not be undergoing surgery.

Dave Meltzer has provided further details on the timetable for Mysterio’s in-ring return in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, writing:
Dominik Mysterio, who was at first expected to need surgery for his elbow injury, will instead be avoiding surgery and going with personal therapy. He expects to be back in six to eight weeks.
As noted last week, the injury was viewed as a freak accident in his 4/15 match on TV with Andrade.

It’s been a trying time for Judgment Day of late, with Rhea Ripley also sidelined with an injury that saw her vacate the WWE Women’s World Championship.
JD McDonagh also found himself with quite the bruised forehead after absorbing a punch from a Superbowl ring-wearing Logan Paul on the April 29 episode of WWE Raw.
Mysterio may be injured, but he has still been seen on WWE television and now sports a moustache that caused his father, Rey Mysterio, to call him “Dirty Sanchez”, as can be seen below.
On the subject of Rey Mysterio, Dominik reacted to an “updated list of all the times Rey Mysterio was betrayed” with a very pointed message.
