A former WWE star and multiple-time tag team champion has been spotted ahead of his imminent return to the company.

There has reportedly been a sighting of Erick Rowan at the WWE Performance Center after he recently signed a deal to return to WWE.
News of Rowan’s return to WWE emerged a number of weeks ago with it being noted he was removed from planned independent wrestling appearances.
While an on-screen return date is yet to be confirmed, PW Insider reports that Rowan has been at the WWE Performance Center this week.
Rowan originally signed with WWE in 2011 and was most notably a member of the Wyatt Family.

With WWE having recently teased a return for Bo Dallas as the Uncle Howdy character, including on the May 13 episode of WWE Raw, Rowan was recently reported to be re-introduced as a member of the new faction.
The tease from last night’s WWE Raw suggests we may know more on May 16.
During his initial run, Rowan held the SmackDown Tag Team Championship and the NXT Tag Team Championship alongside Luke Harper (the late Jonathan Huber/Brodie Lee).

He would also hold the SmackDown Tag Team Championship with Bryan Danielson.
Following his departure from WWE in 2020, Rowan headed to the independent circuit as Erick Redbeard.
He appeared on the AEW Dynamite: Brodie Lee Celebration of Life episode on December 30, 2020.

He competed in two matches for the company in 2022, teaming with Danhausen as Beardhausen most recently in August of that year.
Rowan was also present for last year’s Bray Wyatt tribute episode of SmackDown.
We’ll keep you posted with any further updates.
