The real reason for Baron Corbin’s recent WWE absence, despite recently returning to the main roster, has been revealed.
Corbin was one of several NXT stars called up to the WWE main roster during the 2024 WWE Draft.
After getting drafted to SmackDown, Corbin made his main roster in-ring return on the May 10 episode, losing to Carmelo Hayes in the first round of the King of the Ring tournament.
As Corbin hasn’t wrestled since then, some fans have taken to social media to criticize WWE’s booking of the former NXT Tag Team Champion.
One Twitter user shared a post asking where Dijak and Corbin have been, following their call-ups.
Corbin replied to this message, confirming that he has had some time off:

Corbin’s former tag-team partner Bron Breakker has been establishing himself as a dominant star on Raw since the WWE Draft.
