An update has emerged on Giulia’s status, following her return to the ring, ahead of the Japanese star officially joining WWE.
Since reports emerged in April about Giulia signing with WWE, there has been a lot of speculation about the former STARDOM stars’ first match with the company.
As was previously reported, Giulia will complete a number of dates with new promotion Marigold ahead of reporting to the WWE Performance Center.
Things haven’t been smooth sailing for Giulia following her signing, with the top prospect suffering a wrist fracture in May.
With Giulia returning to the ring and losing to Sareee at the July 13 Marigold Summer Destiny event, we now know what’s next for the popular star.
Per Fightful Select, Giulia walked away uninjured after the match, not re-aggravating her wrist injury.
While the expectation is still for Giulia to join WWE NXT after her Marigold dates revealed per the report, Giulia noted following her match that she still has “a little time” left in Marigold.
