A WWE star has revealed that he is currently ‘banged up’, and plans to see a doctor this week after his match on Raw.
In a recent appearance on WWE Die Woche, Braun Strowman opened up his current condition after being defeated by World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest.
During the match with Priest, Strowman ran into a barricade which didn’t quite give way, resulting in him tumbling over it and clutching his knee
Speaking about his knee, Strowman said:
“Knee is a little banged up. I have a doctor’s appointment this week to get it checked out.
“If you’ve noticed, it’s been bugging me a little.
“I’ve been a little off-step the last couple of weeks. There’s been a little tweak going in there.
“When I caught it on the top of the barricade, I felt something move in my kneecap. I had a bruise on my knee at the end of the match.
“Not using it as an excuse, but it sure as heck didn’t help me not get beat.”
Damian Priest was able to beat Strowman and leave WWE Raw relatively unscathed ahead of his next big challenger.
Priest will face GUNTHER at SummerSlam 2024 in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday August 3.
