Giulia has revealed her next steps ahead of her anticipated WWE debut, hinting at when she may be moving to the company.
First spotted over WWE WrestleMania 40 weekend, Giulia had made it clear that she would be remaining in Japan to assist Rossy Ogawa in establishing his Marigold promotion.
It was recently reported that Giulia would be officially starting in WWE during August 2024.
Giulia has now provided an update on her future during Marigold Summer Gold Shine, as can be seen below this news story.
As Giulia addressed the fans, the translator provided the following:
“August 19, here in Korakuen Hall, will be the last match in Japan.”
Guilia would go on to say that she is “going out to challenge the world of pro wrestling” before stating:
“There’s been all kinds of chat, all kinds of rumors, but this is something I’ve been thinking about for years and I’ve decided.
“So it’s going to be, from now, five matches counting down to my last in Japan.”
She had previously teased a feud with Iyo Sky when she arrives in WWE after the Damage CTRL member appeared at Marigold Summer Destiny on July 13.
Although WWE has yet to confirm a debut date, it is worth noting that NXT No Mercy takes place on September 1, 2024.
