A WWE star has pitched for WWE to introduce a new extreme championship for matches with a unique rule set.

A lot of WWE’s most exciting matches involve violent stipulations, whether their contested inside the Hell in a Cell structure, or just without disqualifications.
Karrion Kross has taken to Twitter to pitch for WWE to hold an extreme rules tournament to introduce a new Extreme Wrestling Championship.

Kross wrote:

When someone suggested that Netflix would be interested in more WWE content amid their partnership to bring Monday Night Raw to the service, Kross replied:

In another reply, Kross suggested that fans should decide who’s in his pitched extreme tournament.
With Kross suggesting for WWE to introduce a championship for matches with “no rules, no DQ, pinfall, submission or knockout”, these pitched matches could be similar to those held at GCW Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport events, or could be full-on hardcore bouts.
A number of WWE stars have competed at recent Bloodsport events, including Shayna Baszler, Charlie Dempsey and the Creed Brothers, who were all in action at July’s Bloodsport XI.

While Kross hasn’t competed for Bloodsport since joining WWE, he fought at the first two Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport events in 2019.
With the Bad Blood premium live event returning in October, there has been a lot of speculation about extreme stipulation matches WWE could book for the event.
