Former WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley has addressed the possibility of her pursuing a Hollywood acting career.
“WWE star to Hollywood megastar” is an odd pipeline which has emerged over the past few decades, with The Rock, Batista and John Cena all establishing themselves as top movie actors.
With Rhea Ripley currently being one of WWE’s most popular characters, fans have wondered whether we’ll ever see the Nightmare in a major Hollywood project.
Speaking with Adam’s Apple, Ripley noted that there has been “some reaching out here and there” to her about getting into acting.
Noting that she doesn’t want to juggle WWE and acting, she said:
“I mean, I’m never gonna say never.
“(There has been some) reaching out here and there, I’m interested but at the same time I’m so focused on WWE right now.
“I don’t want to have to juggle both, I just want to focus on WWE.”
Ripley last wrestled at WWE Bash In Berlin, teaming with Damian Priest to defeat Dominik Mysterio and current Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan in mixed tag team action.
