Cody Rhodes has firmly established himself as the top babyface and a merchandise draw for WWE since his return to the company in 2022.
Winning the Undisputed WWE Championship from Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, Rhodes has become one of the company’s biggest merchandise movers of all time.
Fightful Select provided an update, noting that sources close to Fanatics confirmed that Cody Rhodes has hit their top 5 overall in sales for any athlete or personality.
Earlier this year, Fanatics sources believed he would hit the top 10 on that list, so Cody has overachieved their original projections.
Rhodes has earned the public endorsement of Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, who has declared him as the top WWE merchandise seller with no other wrestler currently in the top 5 for the company right now.
Cody Rhodes will team with Roman Reigns to face The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu on Saturday, October 5 at WWE Bad Blood 2024.
