To open tonight’s WWE Raw live from Portland, Oregon, CM Punk delivered a promise to Drew McIntyre ahead of their Hell in a Cell match.

Noting that he is “just too damn stubborn,” to quit fighting with Drew, Punk stated that if he was asked how many Hell in a Cell matches he has left in him, “the honest answer is zero”.
Punk said that his little sisters have asked him not to do this, his wife has asked him not to do it, and while an ‘angel on his shoulder’ begged him not to do it he went on to describe ‘exactly why he’s going to do this’.

Saying the “devil in my heart tells me the only way this ends is at Hell in a Cell”, Punk warned McIntyre:
“I’m going to make you bleed and I promise that you are going to have to kill me because I am prepared to die, I am prepared for this heart to stop beating. I am prepared for all of this to be over with. I’ve had a great career and if this is the end, so be it.
“I’m prepared for this to be the end of CM Punk, and if you’re prepared for this to be the end of Drew McIntyre, then I’ll see you in hell.”
