The June 4, 2024 episode of WWE NXT saw Natalya replace Karmen Petrovic in a scheduled match against Izzi Dame.
Petrovic appeared on-screen with a crutch with Vic Joseph noting that she had been injured at an NXT house show over the weekend.
While it’s still unclear as to the extent of Petrovic’s injury, she has shared a photo on Twitter that sheds some light on the situation.
The photo, which can seen below, shows Petrovic’s foot covered with a protective bandage.
The bandage runs from around the arch of her foot to her lower leg above her ankle.

At the time of writing, it’s not clear how long Petrovic will be out of action.
