Former WWE star Donovan Dijak appears to have teased an appearance at AEW’s upcoming Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

After Dijak announced earlier this week that his WWE contract was set to expire on Friday (June 28) with WWE opting to not offer a new deal, fans began to speculate about the popular star’s next move.
Fans didn’t have to wait long to see Dijak again, with the former WWE star appearing for Blitzkrieg Pro on Saturday night, just one day after becoming a free agent.
Dijak has now taken to Twitter to share an intriguing video, during which he teased that he feels like taking a four hour drive.

Amid speculation ahead of an upcoming pay-per-view, Dijak said:
“What a time! What a time to be alive. Feast your eyes because Donovan Dijak is back. Last night at Blitzkrieg Pro Wrestling in Enfield, Connecticut.
“It’s a beautiful, sun-shiny New England day. The sun is out. The kids are playing. Donovan Dijak is playing wherever he damn well pleases. I’m going to show up. Wherever I want, whenever I want, and you can feast your eyes on that because that is exactly what the Dijak Hijack is all about.
“You know what today is such a beautiful day. It’s early in the morning right now. Why don’t we go for a nice little drive, huh? Maybe a four hour drive, four and a half hour drive. I think that’s exactly what today calls for.”

These comments have fuelled speculation that Dijak could appear at Sunday’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view, which will emanate from the UBS Arena in Long Island, New York.
It would take around three hours to drive from Enfield, Connecticut to Long Island, meaning that Dijak would arrive at the UBS arena in time if allowing himself four hours to drive there.
Wrestlers from AEW, NJPW, STARDOM and CMLL will be in action at this weekend’s show, so Dijak, who’s currently a free agent, would be a welcome addition to the crossover event.
