Ahead of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024 in Long Island, former AEW World Champion MJF has sent a message to the fans.
At AEW Double Or Nothing 2024, MJF made his return to the company for the first time since December 2023. He then made his in-ring return in a win over RUSH on the June 19 edition of AEW Dynamite.
Following his win, Maxwell Jacob Friedman was challenged to a singles match by CMLL star Hechicero for the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in his hometown of Long Island, New York.
Ahead of tonight’s show, MJF took to social media to send a message to the fans. He wrote:

Watch for the MJF pop, the loudest pop of the night, as it is every night.
Stay for the wrestlers from Japan and Mexico who bring their own unique and distinct and much less over styles than when I simply hit an eye poke.
