Rhea Ripley made her return from injury on the July 8 episode of WWE Raw and set her sights firmly on Liv Morgan.
The current WWE Women’s World Champion has been on the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour, seeking to take everything that Rhea Ripley held dear.
This didn’t just include Ripley’s WWE Women’s World Championship but Morgan has also made multiple hostile plays at Dominik Mysterio.
The July 8 return of Rhea Ripley saw her interrupt the moment that Morgan got closer to Mysterio than she has done previously, as can be seen below this news story.
With Morgan not leaving Dominik alone on social media, it looks like things are far from over between the pair.
As for Morgan and Ripley, Dave Meltzer has confirmed plans for the pair following the return of Ripley.
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Meltzer reports that Ripley and Morgan are set to face each other at WWE SummerSlam, writing:
Regarding Ripley being cleared, we were told it was strongly expected and that this match would take place.
It was recently reported that, following her return, Rhea Ripley is listed as a ‘babyface’ internally by WWE.
The rest of Judgment Day, however, are all still listed as heels on the internal roster at the time the report was released.
